Sanas delivers crystal clear communication with real-time speech-to-speech AI technology.
NoTouch OS version 3.7.154 & NoTouch Center version 4.5.696 announced the introduction of Sanas AI which provides a real-time speech understanding platform with Accent Translation and Noise Cancellation technology. Whilst this does not form part of the base OS image, it can be deployed using the Extension Module feature built into Stratodesk NoTouch.
Upload Sanas Application to NoTouch
Firstly you will need to download the Sanas AI software package from their website which should be in debian format. If the file does not have a .deb file format, simply rename it. Once you have this, upload the file to NoTouch Center under Misc Files as shown in the example below.
On the group settings navigate to 'Extension' category and scroll down to the Sanas URL, and chose the Sanas installation file from the drop down menu and the right hand side.
If you NoTouch Center virtual appliance does not have a valid SSL certificate, ensure that you navigate to the 'Security' category in the group settings and disable the 'Check Certificate on System Downloads' parameter.
Announce the change to the endpoints, and reboot the endpoints. The Sanas application will be installed during the reboot process.
Create a Sanas Connection
The Sanas application once installed is launched as a connection. To create a connection, click on the 'Group Settings' and select create New Connection and give it a user friendly name, and click okay.
For the 'Connection Mode' type Sanas which will then use the Sanas application. You also have the option of setting the application to 'Automatic Start on System Boot'.
No other parameters are required. Announce the change to your endpoints to publish the connection. If the installation was successful the Sanas application will start and the user will be asked to enter their Workspace ID & User ID.
