      Fixed Issues

      • Auto Assign would give incorrect result with JavaScript condition
      • Prevent Exception in certain database upgrade situations
      • Non-admin users wouldn't be able to see licenses of clients and groups even of the correct right is present
      • Prevent a rare and harmless exception in admin websocket
