      Retrieve a Backup of the Stratodesk NoTouch Center Database

      This article defines the process to backup the Stratodesk NoTouch Center Database for either cloud or on-premise deployments.

      You will need to first connect to the Stratodesk Virtual Appliance (VA) Administration web interface. This can be accomplished by navigating to the IP/URL of your Stratodesk NoTouch Center (NTC) management login page. Once there, log in as admin/password and click on the “Virtual Appliance (Container) Administration link as shown below.

      Once logged in, you will be presented with the Stratodesk Virtual Appliance (VA) Welcome page. On the top-right of the window, select “BACKUP”.

      Next, select “Retrieve Backup”

      The Backup file will be downloaded to your local systems “Downloads” directory. The file will have an extension of “.tar.bz2” as shown in the example below:
