How to retrieve a NoTouch Center Support File
Similar to the well-known NoTouch OS support file, you can also get a support file from a NoTouch Center instance. It will help Stratodesk support to better understand and evaluate the current configuration and status of NoTouch Center.
- Log in to NoTouch Center
- Click on "Resources"
- Click on "Support"
- Click on "Support file"
- Save the file and upload to https://www.stratodesk.com/upload-support-files/
