How to retrieve a NoTouch Center Support File

Similar to the well-known NoTouch OS support file, you can also get a support file from a NoTouch Center instance. It will help Stratodesk support to better understand and evaluate the current configuration and status of NoTouch Center.

1. Log in to NoTouch Center
2. Click on "Resources"
3. Click on "Support"
4. Click on "Support file"
5. Save the file and upload to https://www.stratodesk.com/upload-support-files/
